  • Frozen broccoli- 2 cups
  • 2 large peeled bananas
  • Filtered water – 8 ounces

  • Spinach – 1 cup
  • Green Peas – ½ cup
  • Apple – ½
  • Banana – ½
  • Unsweetened rice milk – 1½ cup
  • Unsweetened almond milk – ½ cup


Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend for one minute. You can also check the consistency of the mixture to determine when to stop blending.

Now pour the green smoothie in a glass and serve.

Note: You may throw in a few pieces of ice cubes to make the shake cold and yummy.
