Students at the Royal College of Art have created radical vehicle concepts for the year 2049. Vehicles shaped like jets, bombers and overall futuristic shapes. The GM sponsored competition aimed at car design 40 years into the future, and was held to celebrate 40 years of the RCA’s vehicle design course.

First year design students at the Royal College of Art built these designs as part of the Euro K-Car project. The concepts were designed to be light and compact. Many concepts have bright lights all over the body, and in some cases, strange body shape and design.
